I’m Rhys. Nice to meet you… though technically, you haven’t introduced yourself yet.
My fitness journey started over 12 years ago when I decided I wanted more from my mindset, my movement, and my life. About six years in, that passion became my profession. I became a personal trainer and fitness advocate, helping others level up while continuing to challenge myself.
Here’s the real talk most coaches won’t admit:
Even though fitness is my lifestyle, I still have off days. I still fall off track sometimes. I still eat what I want.
Why? Because I’m human. Just like you.
Working with me isn’t about restriction, limits, or hating the process. It’s about small, sustainable changes, micro adaptations that fit your life and help you become a stronger, better version of yourself.
THE MISSION
My goal is simple: help you become a better you without leaving your bank account as sore as your muscles.
Feeling a little ache after a workout? Totally normal. Feeling financially bruised? Not my style. Training with me should feel like an investment in your health and wellbeing, not a burden.
